The Lansdowne Golf Academy specializes in its ability to create unique and fun experiences for the business golfer. Through a variety of traditional and non-traditional programs, our Academy staff will customize this experience to exceed the expectations of your group.

Traditional Services Offered

A fun combination of golf and soccer, Footgolf is fun for all ages. Hosted on the Sharkbite course, groups of 4-6 players start at a tee box and kick a soccer ball towards a cup and pin. The goal is to get the ball in the hole with the fewest strokes (kicks) possible. Participants will be given a scorecard and explanation of the rules before starting.
4 - 72 People     1-1.5 hours.

Putting Contests

Challenge your friends or coworkers to a putting duel. With the option to add obstacles and other elements, test your putting ability on one of two putting greens. Putting contests can be set up in a single- or multiple-hole format. Scorecards are available upon request for multiple-hole contests.
Maximum of 30 people     1-4 hours

Looking for something a little more unconventional? These events create an unconventional experience designed to help bring teams closer by blending the perfect mix of games and contests we all know and love with a golf theme. These events are perfect for the groups that have a wide array of golf experience. Choose any 3 events from the list below to make your next teambuilding event a memorable experience!

Game Descriptions

Golf Beer Pong

A golf take on the popular college party game. Two teams will compete to chip (foam or ping pong) balls into the other team’s cups. 6 cups per team will be lined up in a diamond fashion. The game will continue until one team has eliminated all the other teams’ cups.

Golf Horseshoes

Two teams compete to get a golf ball as close to a target as possible. Whichever team reaches 21 points first is the winner. Can be set up with putting or chipping. 

Golf Shuffleboard

A traditional shuffleboard set-up with members of two teams trying to get a golf ball in designated squares for points. Whichever team reaches 21 points first wins. Can be set up with putting or chipping.


Capture the Flag

A fun twist on the classic team game. Each team will attempt to capture the other’s pin flag and return it to their own base before the other team.


Two teams will decide where to place their ships on a grid then attempt to “hit” the other team’s ships. The team with the last ship standing wins.

Golf Baseball

America’s pastime is getting upgraded. Instead of a baseball bat and baseball, two teams will take turns attempting to score runs with a golf club and golf ball. 

Golf Scavenger Hunt

A golf themed scavenger hunt will pit two teams in a race to the find all of the clues first.

Golf Corn Hole

The classic tailgating game is modified to create a challenging golf game. Two teams will attempt to chip golf balls into holes on a corn hole board. The first team to reach 21 points will be the winner.

Tic Tac Toe

This fun childhood game becomes a challenge. Two teams will compete to get three in a row. Can be set up with putting or chipping.

Spinning Golf Shot

Each participant of two teams will spin with their head on a golf club for ten seconds and attempt to hit a golf shot. The team with the longest total distance is the winner.
